Philadelphia Union will be facing Toronto FC today at BMO Field in Ontario. Following a draw against DC United and their first win against Montreal, the boys in blue will hope to continue their points scoring ways. After going winless in their first 6 games, Union have scored 4 points in the last 2 games.
What to expect
Union played a very strong game on Saturday against DC with dominating almost every stat possible. The only thing we lacked was the finishing. Our midfield and defense did what they're expected to do and gave Andre Blake a calm game. Toronto has started their season off nearly perfectly. They've gone unbeaten in their last 6 games. As impressive as this is, half of those were draws. Their defensive side hasn't been the best recently as they've conceded more than Union this season but our attack has also been subpar. If Union can find a breakthrough and finish these goals, they could walk away with 3 points tonight.Injury Report
Sal Olivas (Ankle), Agustin Anello (Hamstring), Quinn Sullivan (ACL Recovery), and Stas Korzeniowski (Ankle).
Score Predictions
Unions defensive side has looked impressive recently apart from Toronto's, but they outmatch our attacking side. I think one of our midfielders will score again to make it, Toronto FC 1-1 Philadelphia Union.
